How to Apply

Reservation Form -   We give current students, and families who have students enrolled in St. Gabriel School FIRST priority.  All other families outside of St. Gabriel School must fill out and return the waitlist form. Preschool NEW Student Application Instructions

Please go to the following link to submit your application:  https://www.stgabrielcatholicschool.net/admissions

  • If you do not have a FACTS account, please follow the instructions to create one. 
  • Or, if you do have a FACTS account, log in and follow the application for new student instructions. 
  • You will need to submit a state birth certificate and a certified copy of your child's most recent immunization certificate.  *Your application cannot be completed without all the required documents. 
  • Pay the  $122 application fee for the 2026-2027 year.
  • Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification. 

Please note: This application fee does NOT guarantee placement in our preschool program and is non-refundable.  We enroll year-round and are first come first served. Priority is given to currently enrolled families. Priority is also given to St. Gabriel parishioners with a current parish membership at St. Gabriel.

All students must be 3 years old and fully potty-trained before they can begin our program.  We are not licensed to use diapers or pull-ups.

Additional Information: If you currently have a student enrolled at St. Gabriel Preschool, you will not need to fill out an application for your current student. Unless you opt out, you will be automatically enrolled for the 2026-2027 school year. You will still need to complete the Enrollment Packet with FACTS. The Parish office requires a 2-week opt-out notice for all students.

Supply List 2026

 

  • 1 tri-fold mat 48"x24"x2"m(For School/Full Day students only. Available for rent for $15).
  • 1 fitted crib sheet and one blanket.
  • 1 FULL-sized backpack. Must fit the folder and the rest materials inside.
  • 1 white 2" three-ring binder. (NEW students only.)
  • 1 hard plastic pencil box. (JK students only).
  • 2 composition notebooks. (Ages 4/5 only).
  • 1 pair of Fiskars scissors. (Ages 4/5 only).
