Reservation Form - We give current students, and families who have students enrolled in St. Gabriel School FIRST priority. All other families outside of St. Gabriel School must fill out and return the waitlist form. For application/reservation and enrollment questions, please email Christy Storts at:

Preschool NEW Student Application Instructions

- If you do not have a FACTS account, please follow the instructions to create one.
- Or, if you do have a FACTS account, login and follow the application for new student instructions.
- You will need to submit a state certified birth certificate, and a copy of your child's most recent immunization certificate. *Your application cannot be completed without all the required documents.
- Pay the $115 application fee for the 2024-2025 year or $122 application fee for the 2025-2026 year.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification. This will be by January 2024.
- In March, you will also receive the 2025-2026 tuition rates and at that time, fill out your tuition agreement on FACTS. Additional instructions will follow at that time.
Please Note: This application fee does NOT guarantee placement in our preschool program and is non-refundable.
Additional Information: If you currently have a student enrolled at St. Gabriel Preschool, you will not need to fill out an application for your current student. Unless you opt-out, they are automatically enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year.
