How to Apply

 

Thank you for your interest in Saint Gabriel School!

We have limited spots available for families who are interested in transferring for the 2023-2024 school year.    Please contact us at admissions@stgabriel.net for more information about how to apply.  Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. 

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are now open!   We are excited to partner with FACTS Enrollment.  To apply, please follow steps below.

Online Application

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" link to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $115.

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:

Preschool Applicants:

  • Copy of state issued Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Immunizations

Kindergarten - 8th Grade:

  • Copy of state issued Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Two most recent report cards (Grades 1-8)
  • Standardized test scores (Grades 1-8)
  • Baptismal Certificate, if applicable
  • First Eucharist Certificate, if applicable
  • Custody Documentation, if applicable
  • Education/psychological testing documentation, if applicable
  • 504/IEP/Student Accommodation Plan (SAP), if applicable

  • Application window for tuition assistance opens

November 2023

  • 2024-25 school year application priority window opens

November 30, 2023

  • Tuition assistance application deadline (through FACTS)

January 12, 2024
  • Priority deadline for new applications

January 2024

  • New students entering Kindergarten need to make an appointment in January to complete the Brigance Screening

March 2024

  • Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) mails first round of tuition assistance letters

  • Acceptance letters sent

  • Online registration/ bus registration/ after-school care registration

We are committed to assisting families who need financial aid to make a Catholic education a reality for their child(ren).  St. Gabriel Catholic School partners with the Catholic Education Foundation, School Choice Scholarships, and St. Gabriel Parish to provide assistance.  There is one financial assistance application available through FACTS Management System.   More information is available at ceflou.org. The priority application period for next school year is October 15- November 30, 2023.  Aid can be requested outside of this window if there is a change in circumstances.
