We have limited spots available for families who are interested in transferring for the 2022-2023 school year. Pre-registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open. The priority deadline for admission closed on November 30, 2022. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Preschool and Kindergarten Requirements
Our preschool offers full day, school day, and half day programs for full year and school year. Preschool offers programs for three-year-old Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Junior Kindergarten. Programs meet five days a week and begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m.
Students entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age prior to August 1st of the current year. St. Gabriel School tests all Kindergarten applicants using the Brigance Early Childhood Screening prior to admittance into the Kindergarten program.
Brief History of Saint Gabriel School
Established in 1956 by Sisters of Charity, Saint Gabriel Catholic School is a parish elementary and middle school with approximately 700 students in grades preschool through Grade 8. Our teachers are hard-working and are continuously reviewing data as well as seeking ways to include creativity, generate participation, and promote active and engaged learners. This analysis translates into lessons and activities that are designed for each student to reach his/her full potential.
