Gala Raises Over $25,000!

Wow!  The ZOOMing Down the Stretch virtual gala was a great success!  We raised over $25,000 from our raffle, auction, and sponsors!  All the proceeds will benefit tuition assistance and the cafeteria renovation.  Thank you so much for your support!

  • Did you win a silent auction item?  Items are available to pick up in the school office during school hours.  We prefer not to send breakable items home with students.  If you need special arrangements, please let us know.

  • Special thanks to:

    • 5th grade student, Shyla Dane, for creating the artwork for the banner design.

    • Angie Bowen, Evie Yaden, Stephanie Davis and Tami Prestigiacomo who came in to package the silent auction baskets.

    • Our teachers and students, from preschool and school for another year of awesome pottery. The pottery is always the centerpiece of this event.

    • Our teachers Susan and her daughter Star Adams, Lisa Rohleder, Courtney Cecil, Amanda Brown, and Gayl Anderson for the donation of time in making those wonderful experiences for our auction.

    • Event team: Lara Krill, Jennifer Schulz, Amanda Wolz, Tim McGinty, Matt Lambert.

    • IT/Production team: Steve Mattingly, Eric Chu, Theresa Owens and Kathy Abell. We basically had a live production studio running up in Loft 1 & 2.

    • Front Desk Teams - Kathy Wood, Kristin Lococo, Mary Rose Battcher, Susie Bennett and Margaret Reinert for answering questions, accepting and tracking donations and a host of other tasks.

    • Parent Dane Wolz for securing our alcohol baskets, winery and bourbon tour experiences.

    • Parents who donated items for our auction baskets.

    • Fr. John for his donations and his welcome, support and leadership as we tried this new event format.

    • We also thank our sponsors again - Union Home Mortgage, Johnson Animal Clinic and Owen Funeral Homes. Please patronize their establishments and let them know you are from St. Gabriel.
